How do you know what all that means? I know hardly anything about my computer, except that it's quite good!

2.0GHZ AMD Athlon XP
512mb of Ram
70GB Hard Drive
Geforce2 64mb Graghics Card
BT Broadband

This is about all i know. AS long as it does things fast, with good graghics, i do not mind. I will find out more

Gee wiz guys and girls ( Thats if there are any women here ).. I am feeling somewhat inferior ...

I have a HP 1.3 GHz P4
384 Mb of RD RAM
40 GB DMA Hard Drive (Standard HP issue)
Speed Chips from : http://www.speedguide.net/
CD-RW
DVD <<>> It's a must have for my movies

From my understanding.. I was advised that RD RAM was faster then SD RAM ... I recall my last years PC with it's SD RAM being like way faster then this RD RAM ... Can someone shine some light on my "Speed experiences" with concern to SD vs RD ?

Sincerely
CourtneyDS

Nope.. RDRam ... It is alot more expensive then SDRam ... From my personal experience.. SD is alot faster then RD.. but that is not what the intellegence states ... I guess it's just like the weather.. the weather person will tell you one thing but you will never know untill you go outside and see for yourself ...:

Sincerely
CourtneyDS

What does the RD and SD stand for? I remeber the days when RAM was always RAM and had no identity.
