Well yup, I got into the BIOS, and where WOULD I have to go from there if I wanted to turn on Hyper Threading?

I do, but I held the delete key during start up and it brought me to the BIOS screen, or setup screen or whatever, so I dont know lol, it is an older dell though . . .

Hm...I'm not sure. Because the Dell Optiplex's at my school are pretty old and the BIOS is locked on those...
