CPU problems.

I actually opened up my Dell XPS 200 case today. I looked inside ant it was a disaster. My hardrive was on top of my proccesor. I think that is why my computer gets really hot all the time. Any help on what I should do to cool it down(Not to mention the hardrive is on fire as well)?

How does your harddrive get on top of the Processor? First off there should be a HSF on top of the processor. Second there is a harddrive cage how could it just fall outta the cage?

Thats totally messed up. Put the harddrive back in the cage and make sure its secure. Not sure how there cages are setup but it should have some type of locking device in place to keep the HD secure.
