Default CPU Mismatch Issue

I'm trying to upgrade my home server, but am having issues with the new processors. I purchased 2 Opteron 2219EE OS2419WJS6DGN. I keep getting a CPU Mismatch, Fatal Error...System Halt! error.

Here's my hardware,
Supermicro H8DME-2
2x Opteron 2219EE
8x Super-Talent 2GB DDR2-667 PC5300 ECC
3x SAT2-MV8 raid cards
bunch of hard drives

I've used bios 3.0 and 3.5.
Both processors work when installed separately.
I've rearranged the RAM sticks several different ways.

Does anyone know a trick to getting this motherboard to play nice with dual 6-Core processors? Any help would be great.
Thanks

I did some digging and found that some people had problems with using dual CPUs on this board. It might be defective.

Keep in mind that when you use both CPU sockets you need RAM for each CPU. If you had all of the memory in one bank of slots, then the system wouldn't work.
