CPU-z is telling me my cpu is running at 133 mhz but is rated for 533mhz why is this and how do i max it out in my bios?

What CPU are you running?

It's telling you the core speed is 133MHz, or is that the bus speed?

the FSB speed is 133

Ive got a p4 2.4 ghz cpu, i cant adjust the frequency in my bios and i dont know why

That's the correct FSB speed. The P4 is quad pumped so you would multiply 133 x 4 which will give you it's 533MHz speed.
