I've heard only good things about SilenX fans.

Cabbs is right, their ratings are BS.

The Prolimatech Megahalems have very densely packed fins like the TRUE. This means that you need a fan with a high static pressure rating. Look for the 120mm x 38mm, rather than the 120mm x 25mm fans. The Scythe Ultra Kaze is an example.

What is a "high static pressure" ? You mean the CFM? Why won’t a 120-25mm fan do a good job?

ULTRA KAZE looks good, but I don’t want it to be the loudest part in my PC, will I be able to tune it down using BIOS or something?

I was looking at the S-Flex SFF21G 75 CFM/35 DBA 1900RPM But its 120-25mm

Static pressure is the amount of air pressure a fan can push. You can have a fan that moves 100 CFM, but if the fan has low static pressure not very much of that 100 CFM will get through a heatsink.

Scythe DFS123812-2000 120mm Case Fan - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185053

Scythe DFS123812-3000 "ULTRA KAZE" 120 x 38 mm
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...20ultra%20kaze

The Ultra Kaze has 46dbm compared to the #2 choice with 32dmb. Yes the Kaze will put out more CFM but at what price? I mean I dont want my PC to sound like a rocket... Will I be able to tune down the Kaze using MOBO power connector? Or will the #1 is also a good selection and I should just go with that?

EDIT:

I looked at some reviews for the "ULTRA KAZE" and it does a great job cooling but the noise it emits is just very loud! Are there any suggestions for what to get?

I'm thinking about Scythe DFS123812-2000 120mm Case Fan - Retail 87 CFM 32 dBA 2000 RPM what you guys think?
