Default CPU Cooler

On this new build I'm working on, I'm trying to figure out if I can fit this CPU Cooler in my case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118020 (Cooler)

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811221002

I haven't bought the cooler or case yet, so If you do have any other reccomendations, feel free. But the case has to have AC

Does it absolutely have to be that cooler? If not I would recommend the Ultra 120 Extreme if you plan to overclock.

Do I need to buy a fan for that? or I just need that heatsink?

I really like that fan, though personally, the LED one is slightly cheaper, but performs the same.
I have it running a quad at 3.2GHZ, and I've had it at 3.6GHZ at like 65 degrees C, but still worked fine
