cpu advice needed

Hi again everyone I should be receiving my Asus Maximus IV MOBO tomorrow and my next step is the CPU I am going for the I7 260 but there appears to be some differences in the integrated graphics, as it is likely to be some time before I can afford a graphics card of any worth apparently some have the HD 2000 and I imagine the newer ones the HD 3000 can anyone explain the difference to me as I am a total newbie to computer building I am also hoping to get away with using the stock cooler until I can afford to upgrade that, I am fitting all this into a Dell barebones XPS 730X which when I have finished I hope to have one of the highest spec PC'S around the domestic market today so any input gratefully received. Make sure the XPS 730X is ATX form or else it wont fit. Or I think extended ATX since its the maximus.

Hi and thanks for the reply yes it is ATX and changing the MOBO tray apparently allows it to take E-ATX Chris
