Never heard of Fios so I have to go with Cox High Speed Internet. Aren't they a cable internet provider?

Well yes, cox is a cable speed provider, and fios is a rather new system, some representatives from version came to our house, so i was just wondering on your input.

i ain't heard of either of them probably because i am from Aussie Land but i have Cabel interent and my Provider is Optus i get 1.5mb a sec
