yea but thats the thing, i can't get new cards, im not old enough for a job or anything to get money. All i got is some birthday money... Plus i don't know what graphics cards to get, how much they cost, or anything. I'd rather try things that don't involve buying stuff, unless thats a last resort. edit: i don't know much about the insides of computers, i only know about how to use them :S. So thats why i probably don't know what half of you are talking about >.<

the cheapest thing you can get to play CSS with no lag or to play CSS or to play with around 20-30fps? 20-30 fps can get with a 9600xt and a 2.7ghz celeron with medium settings and 1024x768
