Question Could some one please tell me what this is? (Picture)

I took a picture from 3dmark06 and wanted to know what is the line that is going around the bottom rite hand side of the screen? Why is it like that? How can I fix it. I have an ATI X1900gt 256mb pci-e Card. Thank you in advance.

Wait...what line? Is it that orange-ish thing that spans the bottom and right hand side?

It's probably just the graphics of the program, I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah, 3DMark06 is very demanding. My friend's computer has a Pentium 4 at 3.0Ghz and a 7900 GT and he only got about 4900 3DMarks.
