Costomizing a pc help!!

Hey there people, I need help costomizing a good powerfull updated pc, I'm on a budget of 22 pound a week so I need a average estimate on what to buy, I mainly need a processor and a motherboard with a PCI-E slot, Thank you

I have a 80 gb hard drive, 512 memory, 5500 ati radeon but I want to upgrade that to a PCI-E graphics when I get a new motherboard. Basicly need a processor and motherboard

also on 22 quid a week, your gona be saving for a while to get anything half decent!
