Default Corssfired Sapphire 6870's 2nd card not recognized.

I am currently running 10.12 drivers between my 6870's crossfired. In ccc one of my cards is capable of making overclocking changes, the fan speed and core clock will change when I set it. My 2nd card in the CCC menu will not undergo any changes in speed or fan speed. I change the fan speed from 50% to 90% and hear no changes. The Temp says 0 degrees, activity is at 0%, and fan speed stays at 20%. There is no GPU clcok, nor memory clock.

Change the fan speed of your primary card and see if the fan speed of both changes.

In crossfire, because the clock speeds have to be the same, pretty much everything is shared between both cards, you overclock 1 card, it actually overclocks both, the same is true for fan speed so far as I'm aware
