corrupted rar

i have two rar files that contain the same files and are the same, but are both are
corrupted (crc) i cannot redownload because i made them myself.
is there any way to use the correct part of one rar to complete the broken parts of the other rar?
any help would be appreciated

i think there might be a rar recovery program, not sure but i think ive seen it before
