I have a utility called vtuner2 it's to overclock something i'm not sure what it is tho. It has core clock at so 400 mghzthen it has memory clock at 560 mghtz...so um..? is it my video card or motherboard being overclocked here.

i'm not using it. haha i would be stupid then wouldn't i? I was just wondering what it was used to overclock

I think vtuner2 would be for your motherboard/CPU. I might be wrong though. I don't think thats the one for your video card for instance.

Lurkswithin has given some good examples there. ATi Tool for example is the best one available for ATI cards, though I find that it has no distortion on the image, but when you play a game, theres loads...
The best one if you had a Geforce card for example, would probably be CoolBits, but I haven't used this to know how stable, useful it is, etc.

no it's not it's for a gigabyte stuff...which is really weird why do i have gygabite on my computer i have none of there hardware.

Yea... bit confusing...

Simple enough though, as long as it hasn't overclocked anything (dont see how if it has), just wipe it :p
