i was going to say, since when was 4200 not ddr2.

but yes, seeing as how its the max your board supports, buying faster RAM would be virtually pointless unless you plan on doing some serious RAM overclocking.

Actually I have another question. I plan on overclocking to 2.4 ghz. Will the RAM affect it or should I be able to overclock fine?

Ram does play some role. However, if your not going to oc the ram, it won't play too big of one.
