Default core 2 duo stock fans

i was wondering if the stock heatsink/fan that is shipped with the core 2 duo's are any good. keep in mind i wont be over clocking

If you're not going to overclock anything, it should be fine. The only thing to keep in mind that they may be noisier than you'd like if it's stock, but probably not. And if you are buying OEM, it will not come with a heatsink/fan.

Also if ou change the heatsink/fan on any processor it voids ur warrenty.
