That board will overclock pretty well. If you're not dead set on SLI, I'd look at the P35 chipsets. Here's a good one:

hmmm, well If I get a new motherboard it has to have at least dual core capability, SLI, and some good overclocking. I need the SLI cause I already bought a second video card and I'm not gonna drop any more money on a brand new expensive one to at least match what I'll have with SLI enabled.

another thing I was wondering about though is if that 2.2 GHz dual core is better than my 4.14 GHz HT enabled Pentium 4. It says it's rated at 6.1 GHz at http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srl
