Cooling Fan

I am fairly new to computers and what I would like to ask is:

I am buying a P4 Gigabyte 8VT800-RZ motherboard to build my very first computer for my kids. (as a gaming computer because mine is way too slow as they keep telling me !!) what i would like to know is, would this motherboard come with a cooling fan or, would I have to buy one separately? I have been on the Gigabyte webpage but all the specs on the board do not say it comes with a fan, or is this automatically included with the board

I highly doubt you need a cooling fan for a motherboard.

Most boards which come with a cpu include a fan-But I would call and ask

well usually mobos only have fans or heatsinks for the chipsets, the fan/heatsink comes with you processor usually

id start thinking about heatsinks and fans for your mobo when the nort and south get over 50
