Cooling dual fan on heatsink

Hi all, so I plan on getting a Hyper 212 Evo and buying a second 120mm fan for it. To get the best cooling should I have both fans blow to the rear of the case (Like a push/pull one would push air through the heatsink and the other would pull it out towards the exhaust) Or have both blow air onto the heatsink? Or are there any other better ways to set it up. With the new cpu cooler I'm also getting another 120mm and will have two exhaust fans on top of the case rather than what I have now which is one at the top back. I also have one intake fan.

Push Pull is what you need to do. Make sure you get the Y adaptor for the fan leads. It's a special adaptor that lefts one of the pwm leads.

Ok I think I know what you are talking about, an adapter so both fans will plug into the CPU fan control? I have two slots to plug CPU fans into I have CPU Fan 1 and 2 I can plug into. My other fans I'll prob run molex adapters I believe because the exhaust fans I'll always leave on full
