will this cooler work on the socket 1207 or socket f whatever you call it will it work?

i heard from someone that the socket 1207 is has the same mounting hole as the 939 and i wonder if that is true i guess i should have put that in my first post.

dam i know but i just got 250 dollars for christmas and birthday all very late
my freind bought one awhile and put it on a amd 5000 black edition he oc'd it to i think like 3ghz and it is very stable. it also could be because the case i built for him is awsome(building one for me now) . In the end it is worth it if it fits
becuase i do not want to diush put 250 bucks and it not work.

i dunno maybe so does anybody know if it will fit i sent them email 4 days ago but have not received any thin newegg was out of stock of those 4 days ago too.
