Unhappy Cookies!

I am having problems with my computer blocking cookies somehow.. when i go to pogo.com, it says: cookies disabled, and my email doesnt load. i went to [Tools> Internet Options> Privacy] and i changed the cookie settings to medium (Blocks third party cookies) , and ive even tried low security, and nothing seems to work. please help. (is there any other way to get my computer to accept cookies?)

Maybe do a disk cleanup and get rid of all cookies, internet temps, and temp files.
