Default Converting .gifs

I made a Pivot stick figure video that I want to make my avatar on another forum. The problem is, it doesn't allow me to upload .gifs. What can I use to change the format?

well, if it doesnt except gifs, then you are probably out of luck. the gif file format is the only image format that supports movement.

usually you use the program to open it up and then save it as a different format.
