Default Converter for AGP to PCI

Is there a device which will convert my agp slot or my pci slot into a pci-e slot so I can use a pci-e video card while i wait to get a new system?
thanks.

No, you'll need a whole new mobo. It's a totally different interface. Well, at least, to my understanding, it is. agp goes up to 8x and pci ex. is 16x. A double amout. Even converting, if possible, wouldn't be as effective as with a true pci ex. slot. Trust me, you're better off with a bare pci ex. slot, not some converter... probably more expensive too for a converter... it's like gasoline... sure, it's expensive, but if you want to go vege oil you need to lower the viscosity level... costs more... yeah, hope I helped.
