Control Panel/Duplicated - Internet Problem

Hi Guys,

I have reinstalled XP because since last month it was locking up all the time. Now I have these two problems:

1) In control panel some items such as display, mouse, keyboard, etc. are duplicated!

2) When I'm downloading something from the internet, I can't see any web pages. I am having blank page like as I am working ofline or like if I don't have internet service!

not sure about your first problem but to fix the second open IE and Click File then unselect work offline
