Personally, I agree with this guy. The Conroe will still be bottlenecked by Intel's aging FSB. Not only that, but AMD is not standing still. Intel has not provided us enough information to say that they're going to dethrone AMD. This guys goes into detail and explains why the two (AMD and Intel) are so different and why Intel will have difficulty beating AMD

Interesting. I thought the COnroe was going to be a Kick-Ass take no prisoners processor. Oh well.

I did however, like how it went indepth about the architecture of the Athelon 64 processor. That was fun to read about!

A very good read!!

AMD sure doesnt lag in performance, but when it comes to marketing intel always seems to be ahead! i believe thats what let them down, the only people that know the truth are enthusiasts who will read very technical articles such as this.
