Red face Connecting 2 PCs with one monitor

How can i connect 2 PCs with one monitor so that i can switch between the two PCs, without removing the serial cable. Any advice will be apprecitaed. I am computer illiterate

Yeah i read it, i meant to say that the cables are less of a problem because they are already connected and not coming out from every side.
