Default CONFuzzLED PLEASE HELP

I recently got an Ipod and to use it I need USB 2 (or firew. but dont hav it)
On the FRONT of my computer I have 2 usb ports and on the back I have 4.
I know I have USB 2.0 (ON IT SOMEWERE) but im not sure if its the front or back ports.
How can I tell, ANYONE.

just try it in both and see which works!!!!!

isnt there some other way of finding out because I have read on the net many people experienced problems when plugging into USB1 with it breaking etc.

I Doubt It But If U Really Think That Try And Get A Prgm Which Will Tell U If Its Usb 2.0 Or Not!

if your computer is like really really old. It might not be usb 2.0. Just put it in and try it
