confused

I just bought a new case and hard drive for my old dell dimension 2400. I just put the mobo in and cant find any holes for the dell processor thing to lock the heatsink+processor in. Is there a way to remove processor after it has been glued to the heat sink with thermal glue because then i wouldnt need the holes.Also the new case i got has little plug ins for led lights and the main power button usb etc. I dont know where to plug them in on this dell mobo.

Someone told me on my thread that a new case prolly wouldnt work with a prefab mobo
