computer won't boot up

CR2032 bateries are all alike. You buy a CR2032, it will work. If the PC doesn't still work, do what I told:

Disassemble the PC and set it up as an open case...mobo on a phone list book...or Yellow pages.

By that, troubleshoot by checking all stuff...and swapping. If all didn't do, the motherboard is the problem.

Ok i am going to go get myself a battery and see if that works... if all else fails im just going to take the hard drive out and hopefully transfer those files onto this pc.

tried replacing the CMOS battery... still the same problem... hopefully its not the hard drive thats not at fault? or is it most likely the motherboard?

Take all stuff out and power it up on a table, with the mobo being on a anti-static bag or a sort of big phone book.

Take out, swap and try it out by then.
