28.. Well its not gonna be a leaf blower, but its going to make a little bit of noise. I think that HS will fit... make sure it can go on socket A cpus.

ok thanks. My fan on the side is like a 3inches. is that 80mm? And can you reccomend me a real quiet fan?

CPU fan or just regular case fans? If case fans all of them are prrractically the same, the only difference is the size and the LED colors.

No, actually soem case fans are really loud, but give out a lot more air.

The processor is decent. I wouldn't say any more. It's nothing truly extravagent but it should do you some justice. You could also overclock it.

SATA is better than ATA. SATA has higher data transfer rates and smaller connectors.
