^^^ great idea had the same problem with my pc the wires the power button on the case had come loose so it wudnt turn on i also got the fan spin every time you plug it into the wall or turn the psu off as it does that to sort of recognise everything its recieving power but yeah if that page dnt help look in your mobo book for the power jumpers and just use an insulated screwdriver or something.

(pretty sure it doesnt have to be insulated but best to be on te safe side A ? )

use a paper clip wrapped in electrical tape or some kind of insulation leaving two leads at the end and you're good to go.
