Is there any software or websites that can check the security of your pc such as Firewall and antivirus to see if its secure?
i am currently running ZoneAlarm security suite but im not realy confident that this offers me total protection.

There is no such thing as TOTAL security.

use there free scanner and it will check for security issues

http://www.pcpitstop.com

The people here will also evaluate your system for performance and security issues.

Both are free and safe to use.
