Default Computer Screen just randomly goes black?

So I just finished building my very first computer. I've been having these freezing issues for the past couple of days. My computer screen will randomly go blank and turn to some black or white color, and I can't do anything anymore and am forced to restart it. The sound still plays for up to 15 seconds after the screen goes black. I have no idea what the issue could be or as to why it is happening.

Computer Specs
AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
XFX Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply

There is my HWMonitor screen for any temperature questions.

Do you have readings from another reader? This one had a few hiccups reading yours (FANIN1 at 675,000 RPM and TMPIN2 at 128C).
