Default Computer running hot?

i have a AMD athlon 64 3200+ clawhammer K8, it is a stock HP a530n and when i play nfsu 2 i always have hmonitor running and it says that my mainboard temp is 48 celcius (there is no sensor reading for cpu) and i read that the max temp for a amd 64 is 55-60 i believe. thanks

Sounds about right for the standard crappy cooling on an HP AMD64 system. The PC may be great, but their base cooling suks. Try adding another case fan (120mm!!! MUHAHHA!)
