Computer restarts while loading ?

I have got some problems involving running games.When I go to play
Counter strike : Source
the loading bar appears and suddenly the whole of the computer jsut
restarts. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling it but the same
problem has persisted to happen. I have looked for advice on the
internet and some people have mentioned that it is when they enable 3D
sound that the problem has happened to them. All of my audio equipment
is fully installed and have got the latest drivers.
This same problem has happened with acouple of other games and I
cannot seem to find the fault that is causing it. I have tried making
sure that the computer has enough air going through and that the fan is
not clogged up but the problem is still persisting.
Upon the restart i have error messages saying:-

Any help would be greatly appreciated

same problem happens for me on my laptop, but i do not play CS:S so it must be another cause
