computer problem need help ASAP

Hi! My computer's Hp cd-writer's tray is keep going in and out uncontrollably. I don't know what happen. I called the computer support center, and they told me to reinstall my CD writer software and I try that. But it did not work. Please help.

Get a new one,HP is the best for standing behind there products.And please report any results in this thread ASAP.

Yeah; could be a Virus of the Buttons Stuck down or its just broken. If its got a warrenty still just take it back or get someone to replace it; thats what the warrenty is for.
