thanks your every body the problem seemed to be fixed. i think i solved the issue by moveing the video card to the other slot. and just to conform is 70 celces good for gpu. cause that is the highest it has gon to so far

A bit high, but no problem. The 670 will start throttling back at 90c. So you can compare, I never exceed ~62C on my vidcards even when overclocked during benchmarking. You might consider better case cooling (add a fan or two, perhaps one mounted in the side panel blowing directly at the vidcard).
