Default Computer problem

When ever i go to mytheme.com for an AIM expression and I click on one to DL i have an error. A box pops up and says send error report, or cancel. I push either one all internet explorers close and I cant dl it. Whats my problem and how do I fix it.

My computer doesn't like Internet Explorer... It does that all the time... but if you dont want the 'Send Error Report' coming up, you can disable it by right clicking My Computer > Advanced > Error Reporting.

I made mine only report errors for Windows Operating System.
