computer not starting

hi.i installed sevenvg theme from the net today.after installing i did as told and restarted my system.at the user login i saw a error message which says "the memory could not be read.''
please help.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah huh!

Boot into safe mode and delete the theme.
If it doesn't let you delete, go Administrative Tools in Control Panel and go to Services. Disable the themes service and try to delete it in regular boot mode.
