Computer not booting up

I redid my moms computer today since everything was working alright in mine and I had parts laying around. Now the first time I attempted bootup. It booted it up said no disply or somthing along those lines. So I dissconected everything. Put it back togther. Still wouldn't boot up any sugustions. CPU is AMD 1.2 GHz Ram 184 DDR400 512 GPU geforce 5200 128 MB

No its all fixed. We got more problems now. But we think we know what the other problems is. WEW am I glad thats over with. Turns out after a hour or so of trouvleshootignw e got the Power SW plugedin right. I hate that computer given me soo much gerif.
