Default computer neon

hey i have a pair of cathode sticks and i want them to react to bass. anyone know how to do that? like this guy

it comes sound activated, i have one of these but i took it out because i think its kinda cheesy lol. it comes with a switch and a knob that fit into one of your cases expansion slots. it has 3 modes. on-off-sound. the knob adjusts the sensitivity of how much it reacts to sound. cool idea though, i had mine sitting next to my sub before, but now its on my desk.
