Default computer keeps freezing... please help

i just built this computer with p4, 1gb ddr2, 250 sata hdd, 2 cd-rom, xp pro sp1.

at first it would just reset itself w/o warning, so i reinstall the os, now it just freezes when im trying to install WoW. i replaced the ram, so thats not the problem.

what do u think it is? plz help me

i got it, all i did was transfer the files from my other computer, i didnt install it through cds... workd just fine.
