Well I'll post an update since I just got off work and got everything going. I got my power supply today and was freaking out because the asshole from Fed Ex left in on my porch in the freaking rain. I was so freaking pissed and figured I was screwed. Luckily it was pretty well sealed up and didn't seem to get any damage inside the actual box.
So I pulled the old PSU and replaced it along with blowing out all the freaking dust. Its been a while since it was cleaned and it was bad! Possible cause right there I bet.
It booted right now and I'm currently running memtest 86. 16% through with zero errors on the two sticks I put in.
I do have one question. The other set of sticks gave a bunch of errors from the picture I posted the other day. Is it possible that it was giving errors because it wasn't getting enough power and that was what caused the system to lock up on me? I'm going to test those tomorrow after I confirm these sticks pass.
