yeah.... it will run them fine =]

in some cases you might have to bump it down from high or very high to the next lowest setting...but u should be fine

on crysis I have it on high, I have the same processer as you and same amount of ram, I have a HD 4850 HIS 512mb OC I get about 25-40fps depending on the situation in crysis... so you should be good.

the processor is very good.
