computer freezing problem

well about 3 days ago my computer randomly started to freeze all the time. So i took it apart and cleaned it completely. I thought it was working but then i started to play a game and within minutes it freezes again. i have like 3 fans and it doesnt seem to be overheating. When this first started to happen i hooked up my s-video cable to watch movies on my tv. Then it would be all weird and show it loading when there was nothing there. I really have no idea whats going on here.

windows xp sp3
amd sempron 3000+
768mb ram
8500gt 512 vid card

Is your system freezing only under load, or at random moments even just when browsing?

I think the problem could be the power supply, your components are using more power under load, and the PSU can't handle it, so the system freezes.

well i tried to change my power supply and it still froze.... and it only freezes during a game and never browsing...
