computer fan settings

ok quesiton, i posted this a long time ago but i cant find it anymore, which direction should the fans on the back of my case be blowing? in our out, i got 2 80mm fans,thermaltake case, so which direction should i have them blowing for better cooling?

the fans on the back should be blowing air out, and the fans on the front should be pulling air in

i f u got fans on the side they should b blowin in and fans on the top shud b blowin out!!
