Default computer fairs - how good?

I live in canberra, australia. - a lot bigger place than you might think by the way. Anyway, theres a computer fair tomorow and im buying a whole bunch of hardware to build a new machine. It has been 5 years since ive been to a cmp fair.

For hypothetical purposes, lets assume i am quite a good haggler and am a complete tight ass when it comes to wanting big discounts and i make it obvious to the seller.

What sort of percentage discount can i expect off retail for my whole computer? Any ideas from people who regularly attend these things?

For new products i doupt you will get anything off.
