Computer Errors

Mmkay, i have a problem i just cant pin down.

I have several errors that cause hard freezes (including a frozen mouse), sometimes iTunes will freeze even when the computer is idle. Another problem my computer has is sometimes it wont wake up from sleep mode. It also randomly quits game's (IE WoW and CSS) no error reports. The computer crashes pretty much without fault within 5 mins of starting a game unless i open my case and blow a floor fan into it.

If blowing in air from a fan cause it to work again, it may be heating problem. Heating problem can cause all those errors you experienced above. Do you have a temperature monitor installed in Windows?

Download this little utility to see what the stats are in terms of temp and fan speed. Are all your fans working in there?

I should also tell you that these problems started when i installed a SATA HD and switched to Windows XP, before that i had no problems......SO confusing

o and one more thing, it crashes with a mem error in WoW
