Default Computer download problem

I have this program on my computer. I go to Remove/Install then i click this program when i click remove it says

'An error occured while starting this program'
'The specified class was not found'

The same thing applies when i try to open the program or try to download the program.

Any one know a solution?

anyone?

Try booting into safe mode and see if you can uninstall it that way.

Sounds like you have/had a virus and it deleted something....

Do you have the option for a fresh install?

Last thing I can think of is a system restore to before it was screwed up. If you can recall when it started.

Yes i belive i do because my computer notified me that i have a high danger virus named Trojan.FakeAlert with 20 infections. I also have Application.TrackingCookies with 29 and Adware.Advertising with only 13 infections

I may just save all my important files on a flopy disk and then get rid of all the BIAS and stuff to save me some time.

Try running this nifty little program: Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. It should get rid of all the nasties residing in your computer.
